Ordered the holster for my Echelon 4.0 compact, which have the Tyrant mag and slide releases on them. The holster would not fit and instead of making it right, customer service basically said, “oh well?” This company sucks! This is everything that is wrong with America today. Whatever happened to satisfying the customer? Do not do business with this company, go elsewhere for your holster needs. What a joke! I guess now I have a $180 paper weight. Great! Zero stars

As explained, our holsters are designed and tested around factory firearm components unless otherwise stated on the product page. Aftermarket components can alter the external dimensions and operation of the firearm, which may impact holster fit, retention, and safe function.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy clearly states that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for fitment issues caused by aftermarket components or modifications. Because holsters are safety-related equipment, we must maintain strict standards regarding product condition, fitment validation, and supported configurations.
To restore proper fit and function with the holster, the factory components would need to be reinstalled on the firearm.
