Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Four Brothers Holsters. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for verifying that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete before submitting an order.

If a package is returned to 4BROS due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Insufficient address information
  • Delivery issues caused by address entry errors
  • Failure to claim or receive the package
  • Address-related carrier delivery failures

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

Once the returned package is received by our facility, our team will contact the customer with reshipment options and applicable shipping costs before the order is resent.

4BROS makes every reasonable effort to identify potential address issues before shipment when possible; however, customers remain responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.

Orders returned to 4BROS due to address-related issues are not eligible for free reshipment.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

Most standard orders ship within 24–48 business hours. However, processing times may vary based on current production backlog, inventory availability, seasonal demand, or material availability.

During periods of elevated order volume, some orders may require additional processing time. We are committed to producing every product to our quality standards and appreciate your patience while your order is completed.

We prioritize quality, fit, and safety over rushed production timelines.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We strongly recommend selecting an insured shipping method at checkout. Lower-cost shipping options may include limited carrier coverage and may not qualify for replacement in the event of carrier loss or damage.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders shipped to delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside the control of 4BROS. Estimated delivery dates displayed at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

4BROS does offer international shipping. Actual shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. International shipping delivery times vary by country and may be impacted by customs processing, carrier delays, or regional delivery conditions.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

4BROS ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses where supported by the selected carrier.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 business hours to become active within the carrier’s system.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

4BROS is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges applied to international shipments. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible to begin a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items for claim documentation.

While carrier-related damage or loss is outside the direct control of 4BROS, we will gladly assist customers throughout the claims process and help coordinate replacement options when applicable.

We strongly recommend using shipping methods that include tracking and insurance coverage whenever available.
