Exchange Policy 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned in like-new condition, with all original packaging included. Limited handling for firearm fitment verification is acceptable, but products showing signs of wear, use, modification, or damage may not qualify.

To begin the exchange process, please email team@fourbrothersinc.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos, if requested by our team

Once reviewed, exchange authorization will be provided via email. A copy of the authorization email must be included with the returned order.

Authorized exchange items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs and tracking are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges will not be authorized for customers who purchase a new firearm, add a weapon-mounted light, or otherwise change their setup after using the holster during the 30-day exchange period. Holsters are designed around the original firearm and accessory configuration selected at the time of purchase.

After the returned item is received, it will undergo inspection to verify condition and ensure it meets our exchange requirements. Once approved, a store credit will be issued for the original holster cost minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer will then be invoiced for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the replacement holster.

Because our products are safety-related equipment, all returned items must pass inspection and revalidation before being approved for exchange.

Return Policy 

At 4BROS, our products are designed as safety-related equipment built around specific firearm and accessory configurations. Because of this, all returns must be carefully reviewed and inspected before approval.

Our goal is to be transparent and help customers fully understand compatibility, fitment, and return eligibility both before and after purchase. If you have questions at any point, our team is happy to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in like-new, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and components
  • Be free from damage, modification, excessive wear, or signs of extended use

Limited handling for initial firearm fitment verification is acceptable. However, used products may not qualify for return approval.

We do not accept packages shipped with postage due. Any postage-due package will be refused and returned to the sender.


Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

The following items and conditions are not eligible for return:

  • Incorrect color selections made at the time of purchase
  • Holster wear or cosmetic marks caused by normal use
  • Initial holster break-in residue or finish transfer on firearms
  • Fitment issues involving aftermarket components or modifications, including but not limited to:
    • Gas pedals
    • Oversized controls
    • Modified frames
    • Third-party grip modules
    • Mag wells
    • Compensators
    • Non-factory accessories
  • Belt attachments
  • 3D-printed products, except for verified workmanship or quality issues
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed
  • Dealer orders, except for verified workmanship or quality issues
  • Custom orders, except for verified workmanship or quality issues

Specialty Product Return Limitations

Holsters designed around aftermarket accessories or specialty configurations are considered specialty products and are non-returnable for reasons related to comfort, concealment preference, or configuration changes.

This includes holsters supporting:

  • Gas Pedal
  • Align Tactical
  • Tactical Development
  • Other specialty aftermarket accessories

These products are highly configuration-specific and may impact comfort and concealability differently from standard holster setups.


Belt Return Requirements

Belts must be returned in original, unused condition and include all original packaging and components.

To qualify for return approval:

  • The belt must be placed back into the original packaging
  • The original box must remain undamaged and capable of fully closing
  • All included components must be present and in resalable condition

Photographic verification may be required prior to return authorization.


Final Inspection & Approval

All returned products are inspected upon arrival to verify condition and policy compliance.

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be declined.

Refunds 

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Returns approved for reasons other than verified workmanship or quality issues are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of original shipping charges
  • Deduction of applicable non-refundable processing costs

We do not issue refunds for errors caused by incorrect shipping information entered at the time of order placement. However, we make every reasonable effort to identify potential address issues and contact customers before shipment whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before submitting an order. Address corrections requested after shipment may result in additional shipping or carrier fees.

Order Cancelations 

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Approved cancellations made prior to production will be refunded to the original payment method minus non-refundable payment processing fees.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, cancellations requested after production has started may be subject to cancellation charges to cover labor, materials, and processing costs already incurred.

For orders already in production, the cancellation charge will be the lesser of:

  • Actual labor and material costs incurred, or
  • A 20% cancellation/restocking fee

Orders that have been completed and shipped are no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the Return Policy process if applicable.

Because production scheduling can begin quickly after an order is placed, we encourage customers to carefully review firearm model selection, light configuration, color choice, shipping information, and order details before submitting their purchase.

Shipping 

Authorized returns must be shipped to the address provided in the return authorization (RMA) email. A copy of the return authorization email must be included with the returned package.

4BROS will cover return shipping costs for approved returns involving:

  • Verified workmanship defects
  • Material defects
  • Incorrect items shipped by our team

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning products. 4BROS is not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit. Return eligibility and refunds cannot be processed for items that are not successfully delivered to our facility.

Orders returned to 4BROS due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details regarding returned-to-sender packages and address-related delivery issues.
