How do I file a Claim?

  • Log In: After creating your account, log in to your shopper dashboard. Here, you'll find a list of your eligible purchases.
  • Start a Claim: Select the specific purchase related to your claim and choose the appropriate guarantee—such as Purchase Guarantee, Lowest Price Guarantee, Identity Theft Protection, or Package Protection. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the necessary details and submit your claim.

How Do I Manage My Claims?
