Our 3D-printed Door Check, (sometimes referred to as a Door Stop or Door Jam) is designed to allow any user to keep any door from 1" to 2" thick open by way of friction applied from the flexible nature of the door. The Door Check will also work with thinner doors that have a hinge accessible for Door Check placement. 

Our Door Check is made from Red TPU or Thermoplastic Polyurethane, which is a flexible material that prints in-house easily. By definition, the material is resistant to oil, grease, and, abrasion.  The elasticity of the material allows it to flex while keeping enough pressure on the door to hold itself in place. We choose Red material for visibility.

The design incorporates a 1/4" hole in the top which is perfect for adding a paracord or shock cord lanyard (not included). 

This is a must-have for anyone who may need to make an entry on a door or make sure the door stays open while moving in and out. We actually think these are very handy when hauling the groceries in for the wife. 

Please note, we will only have a limited number of Door Checks available at any given time. If they are out of stock, they will not be available for backorder. These are a fun adventure for us and will not be sold in a manner that impacts our holster order lead times. 

Testing Results:

   We like to try and test the products we 3D print to failure. Although not "perfectly scientific", we apply real-world testing to each product prior to release. We have released a limited amount of door checks to local law enforcement and firefighters for testing and product improvement suggestions. We have yet to receive confirmation of any failures.
