Each 4Bros pancake holster starts with high-quality thermoplastic, thick enough for durability, flexible enough for a custom fit. We vacuum-form every holster using precision molds designed from CAD models of actual firearms and light combinations, ensuring an exact fit for your specific setup.

Every holster is trimmed, folded, and assembled in-house by our team, then individually tested with the actual firearm before shipping. We dial in retention during this final fitting, and you can easily adjust it yourself to match your personal preference—tight for maximum security or slightly looser for faster draws.

Our holsters come with a choice of 1-1/2" or 1-3/4" belt loops, sized through extensive testing to work with the widest range of body types and belt styles.
