This company will find any reason to not give you a return, didn't even use the holster. Read their policy prior to purchase and make sure you are ready to own the product. There is a list of 10+ reasons that they will use to not give you a return, plus there is a 20% restocking fee. Many other suppliers out there to choose from, don't make a quick decision to purchase from them, you may have to keep that product for life or list it on eBay, like I will have to do now.
