Precision vacuum-formed IWB holster engineered to fit Glock 19, 19X, and 45 Gen 5 pistols with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL weapon light — also available for Glock 19 & 23 Gen 3–4 (select the Gen 3/4 variant). Retention is on the light body, not the slide; the holster will not retain correctly without the TLR-1 HL mounted.

Compatibility & Fit Notes

Primary fit: Glock 19, 19X, and 45 Gen 5 with Streamlight TLR-1 HL.
Gen 3/4 variant: Select the Gen 3/4 holster for Glock 19 & 23 Gen 3 or 4 with TLR-1 HL compatibility.
Not compatible: Glock 23 Gen 5 with TLR-1 / TLR-1 HL.
Fit tolerance: Minor variations between older and newer TLR-1 / TLR-1 HL housings can affect fit; the retention adjustment is engineered to accommodate these tolerances.

How Retention Works

This holster uses light-based retention—the retention point secures the light housing, not the pistol slide. Retention tension is adjustable so you can set draw resistance to your preference. Remove the TLR-1 HL and the holster will not function as intended.

Optional Modwing available to reduce printing (two insert positions to adjust leverage against the belt).

We recommend applying a removable thread locker to each holster screw after installation to help prevent lost hardware during regular use.

Will this holster work without the Streamlight TLR-1 HL attached?: No. Retention is on the light body; remove the TLR-1 HL and the holster will not retain the firearm correctly.
Does this holster clear red dot optics?: The holster profile is cut to accommodate most red dot sights and optics used on compact and mid-size Glock slides.
Can I adjust retention?: Yes — retention tension is adjustable to set draw resistance for carry or competition needs.
What is the Modwing and why use it?: The optional Modwing includes two inserts that change how the holster leverages against the inside of the belt to reduce printing. It’s useful for concealed carry where minimizing outline is a priority.
