Our Inside Waistband Holster is designed to fit a Sig Sauer P365, 365XL or 365 SAS with Nightstick TSM-13G Weapon Mounted light is vacuum-formed with a precision machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm.
The holster retention is on the light itself and not the pistol, which means this holster will not work without the light mounted on the firearm.
Compatible with manual safety models.

Each holster is formed, trimmed and folded in house. The fit and function of the holster are checked with the actual firearm and light before the product is packaged to ship
The holster's retention is easily adjusted so that the fit can be set to your personal preference.

The gun does fit the holster with the light on it, but the holster will not release the gun when trying to quick draw (which is kinda the purpose of the holster). I’m going to try and tinker with the holster more to make it actually work but this needs some attention to say the least. Probably an issue with the screws at the light portion of the holster. Probably not worth the price.
Bought this because it fit the Nightstick and my P365NRA.
I have a “watermelon belly”, so I added the Tier 1 Concealed foam wedges, attached using industrial strength Velcro, so that I could easily make changes. Really improved! Leas “falling over the belt”, gun grip is forced into my belly. Kept the wing. Also added a retention clip from my Vanguard holster, works great but I need one more so that it is retained two places and does not pivot. Overall pleased with concealment. It’s not super comfortable when sitting for long periods but I doubt any IWB holster is.. this is my third setup for this pistol and it works.

Great holster, no issues and good price, nuff said.
This company was the only one that I could find that offered a holster that fits the setup I have. Until I got this, I was using a sleeve style holster and that was not comfortable at all. This holster felt just as good as my Vedder holster. Definitely recommend this if you have a P365 with the Nightstick TSM-13G light.
