This right-hand Inside Waistband (IWB) holster and magazine carrier package is custom designed for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO slide with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO grip module and the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub (1913 version) weapon-mounted light. The set includes both a precision-fit holster and a dedicated IWB magazine carrier for the P365-XMACRO.

Compatibility

• Fits P365-XMACRO with Icarus A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO grip module in XL and XL+ sizes (XL+ extends slightly past holster muzzle).
• Compatible with Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913 (Part #69402), TLR-7 X Sub USB (Part #69407), and TLR-7 HL-X Sub (Part #69505).
• Works with the 1913 TLR-7 Sub Key from Henry Holsters and Tactical Development.
• Not compatible with P365 AXG, SXG, or Icarus Air Polymer grip modules.
• Not compatible with the Sig-specific TLR-7 Sub light.
• Compatible with manual safety models.
• The weapon light must be mounted for proper retention.

Belt Attachments

The standard setup includes a Modwing and Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock attachment on both the holster and magazine carrier. Additional belt attachment options are available:

Each extra attachment comes with hardware and must be installed by the user.

Light Compatibility

No. Retention is designed around the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub or supported versions mounted to the pistol.

Will this fit the P365 AXG or SXG grip modules?

No. It is not compatible with AXG, SXG, or Icarus Air Polymer modules.

Is this holster optics-ready?

Yes. The profile is cut to clear most red dots, including models that extend beyond the slide width.

Can ride height and cant be adjusted?

Yes. Both holster and mag carrier allow user-adjustable ride height and cant.

Is it compatible with the Phlster Enigma?

Yes. It is fully compatible with the Phlster OS Enigma concealment system.
