Our 4Bros Custom Leather Knife Sheath is just that, a 100% custom-made knife sheath that is made by hand specifically for your knife by our Leatherworker. We prefer to use 5-6 ounce leather, but we have access to 8-10 ounce material if necessary.
We have a sample pallet of stamped patterns and dye colors that we can share with you.
Basketweave and Axe patterns are our most popular stamped patterns to date.
You will get to choose the color, style, and carry position from a list of options. Once we have the info and pictures of your knife, we will provide a price and estimated lead time for completion.
You will be responsible for getting your knife to us to be used in the sheath manufacturing process. We will return the knife with the sheath when it is completed.
We are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for knife drop-off.
If you are shipping the knife to us, we recommend shipping it with insurance.
All sheath shipments will include insurance for the value of the sheath and the indicated value of the knife.
4Bros LLC will not be held liable for any damages to your knife during the sheath manufacturing process. We will do our very best to take care of your knife while we have it.
