Inside Waistband Holster for Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365XL & P365 with Icarus Precision Grip Modules
This inside waistband holster is engineered for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365XL, and P365 slide when paired with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 "X" MACRO, P365 A.C.E., and P365 A.C.E. EVO Grip Modules. It provides a secure, comfortable concealed carry solution tailored to these upgraded grip systems.
Not compatible with P365 AXG or SXG grip modules, Norsso slides, or any Icarus Air Polymer grip modules. This holster does support manual safety models.
Precision Build & Fitment
Each holster is vacuum-formed on precision-machined molds developed from CAD models of the actual firearm. After forming, every unit is trimmed, folded, and finished in-house to ensure consistency and smooth edges.
Final fit and retention testing is performed using the real firearm to confirm proper lockup and reliable draw. Retention can be easily tuned to your personal preference.

No. This holster does not fit AXG or SXG grip modules.
Does the holster support manual safety versions of the P365?
Yes, all compatible P365 models with manual safety are supported.
Does this holster fit Icarus Air Polymer grip modules?
No. The holster is designed only for the aluminum A.C.E. and A.C.E. EVO modules.
Is the holster compatible with Norsso slides?
No, Norsso slide profiles are not supported.
Does the holster clear red dot optics?
Yes. The holster is cut to clear most popular red dot sights.
Can I use this holster with threaded barrels or compensators?

This is by far the most IWB holster I have ever owned for any of my CCW's.
I'm 6'2, 260 pounds so I have a bit of a gut. However I truly don't even feel like my 365 is there.
And that includes when I'm driving.
In fact the first day I used it I actually had a bit of a panic attack thinking I left my piece in the men's room at a local truck stop. (When I go number two I always remove my piece and set it somewhere safe).
Also my P365x also has the Afterburner + Ramjet attached and it's an absolutely perfect fit length wise.
Needless to say I couldn't be happier and believe it's well worth the cost.
My only wish would be for them to make the same holster that would accommodate the Olight PL-Mini 3 Valkyrie light.

Holster quality is great so I have to give it 5 stars. I do however have one complaint ( this could also be a wrong holster choice ). It doesn't match the shorter 3.1 slide.
I bought this because there are limited holsters for p365xl with Icarus grip. It’s a little hard to get a grip on the weapon from concealment, the stippling on the Icarus is pretty aggressive, and the pistol lays pretty flat against my body so I find myself really having to dig in to find a purchase before I draw. I also personally would switch out the loops for clips, I don’t find the loops have any benefit and they are a hassle to clip on and off. I haven’t messed with the retention screws yet but it’s just a little loose after a few range trips drawing from concealment.
I purchased this holster for my sig p365. I have added the Radian Ramjet and Afterburner compensator and the Icarus ACE grip with extended magazine release. The holster does it’s job, my only complaint is that the plastic rubs onto the slide- it’s like the plastic is too tight and so it is transferring to the metal slide. A few more dry fire exercises and it will prolly have it carved out, but still. It shouldn’t need that. For those looking into it, it’s not a bad holster. I have ordered an OWB holster from a different brand to compare. The extended mag release button fits, though.
