The 4BROS Smith & Wesson DadBod Appendix Rig is an IWB (Inside Waistband) sidecar-style holster engineered to improve appendix carry comfort—especially for larger body types. Traditional appendix rigs can dig into the stomach or hip when sitting, bending, or driving. The DadBod Appendix Rig solves that problem with adjustable spacing between the holster and magazine carrier.

While this rig was originally designed with bigger builds in mind, the adjustable width allows the system to be tuned for nearly any body type. Whether you carry with a larger frame or a slimmer build, the flexible spacing system helps position the holster comfortably while maintaining excellent concealment.

The holster and magazine carrier are connected using our durable Tegris Appendix Adapter Plate. This adapter includes a relief D-cut that adds flex and reduces pressure points commonly felt with rigid sidecar-style holsters.
