The holster is designed to fit the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365-XMACRO COMP, P365-XMACRO TACOPS, and P365-XMACRO COMP ROMEOZERO ELITE pistols. Models equipped with a manual safety are fully supported.

This combo includes a Modwing concealment claw on the holster and either a Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock or Ulticlip Ultituck attachment on both the holster and magazine carrier, giving users multiple belt or beltless carry options.

The holster profile is cut to clear most slide-mounted red dot optics commonly installed on the P365-XMACRO platform. The open muzzle design also allows compatibility with threaded barrels or compensators that extend beyond the slide.

The included Modwing claw helps rotate the grip inward toward the body, reducing printing and improving concealment.

P365-XMACRO IWB Magazine Carrier

The included P365-XMACRO IWB magazine carrier is designed to provide secure, comfortable concealed carry of spare magazines. The longer profile of the carrier helps position more of the magazine below the belt line, improving stability and reducing magazine printing.

The ambidextrous design allows users to carry bullets forward or backward depending on preference and carry position. Adjustable retention allows you to fine-tune how tightly the magazine is held in place.
