This custom-fit inside waistband (IWB) holster is engineered to fit the Sig Sauer P365, P365X, and P365XL pistols equipped with the Streamlight TLR-8 Sub or TLR-8 G Sub (Sig version) weapon-mounted light. It supports both standard and manual safety models for a secure, precision fit.

Note: This holster does not fit the X-Macro or the P365XL Romeo Zero Elite (the front sight causes interference). The retention mechanism is light-based, meaning the holster will not function without the light properly mounted on the firearm.

  No, the Romeo Zero Elite’s front sight interferes with fitment.
• Can I use this holster without the Streamlight TLR-8 Sub installed?
  No. Retention is light-based, so the holster requires the light to be mounted.
• Does this holster fit the X-Macro model?
  No, it is not compatible with the P365 X-Macro frame.
• Is it compatible with red dot optics?
  Yes, the holster profile is cut to clear most red dot sights, including optics that overhang the slide.
• Can I adjust ride height and retention?
  Yes. Both retention and ride height can be easily adjusted for personal preference.
