- Not compatible with AXG or SXG grip modules
- Not compatible with Icarus Air Polymer grip modules
- Not compatible with Icarus 311 grip modules
Light Compatibility & Retention
This is a light-bearing Inside Waistband (IWB) holster designed for use with the following weapon lights:
- Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X
- Streamlight TLR-7A
- Streamlight TLR-7X (requires #3 key)
Important: Retention is based on the weapon-mounted light. The holster will not retain the firearm without the light properly installed.
Fitment & Compatibility
- Retention is on the light itself, not the firearm.
- Compatible with manual safety models.
- Works with Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X, TLR-7A, and TLR-7X lights.
- Not compatible with: P365 AXG & SXG grip modules, Icarus Air Polymer grip modules, or Norsso slides.
- This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

This inside waistband (IWB) holster is designed to fit the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO Grip Module and a Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X, TLR-7A, or TLR-7X weapon light mounted using the 1913-3 key. The holster will not retain the pistol without the light properly mounted.

Each holster is vacuum-formed from precision CAD-modeled molds and hand-finished in-house. All holsters are tested with the actual firearm and light for retention accuracy. Retention is user-adjustable for a custom fit.
