But don’t worry—skinny guys can use it too. The adjustable width makes it ideal for all body types.

This custom appendix rig features adjustable spacing between the holster and magazine carrier, using our unique Tegris Appendix Adapter Plate with a relief “D-cut” that adds flexibility and reduces pressure points. Whether you are built like a linebacker or rocking that dad bod, this rig provides the space you need to carry comfortably and conceal effectively.
