Glock 17 Gen 5 OWB Light-Bearing Duty & Competition Holster

This Outside-the-Waistband (OWB) light-bearing holster is precision-built for the Glock 17 Gen 5, Gen 6 & Gen V paired with the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X, TLR-7 X, or TLR-7 A. Designed for duty use and competition shooting, this holster delivers consistent retention, fast draw performance, and long-term durability.

Retention is achieved on the weapon-mounted light—not the firearm itself. As a result, the holster requires the compatible Streamlight light to be installed for proper fit and safe retention.

Construction & Fit

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold derived from a CAD model of the actual Glock 17 Gen 5 pistol and supported Streamlight light. Every unit is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Final fit and function testing is completed with the real firearm and light combination, allowing us to verify draw resistance, retention consistency, and overall performance. Retention tension is user-adjustable, enabling you to fine-tune the draw to your preference.

Will this holster work without a weapon light installed?

No. Retention is achieved using the mounted Streamlight light. The holster will not retain the firearm properly without the compatible light installed.

Is this holster compatible with red dot optics?

Yes. The holster is cut to clear most slide-mounted red dot sights.

Can I adjust the retention?

Yes. Retention hardware allows you to fine-tune draw resistance to your preference.

Does the open muzzle support threaded barrels?

Yes. The open-bottom design accommodates threaded barrels and extended muzzle devices.

We strongly recommend applying a removable thread locker to all holster screws upon receipt to prevent loosening during use.
