This is a total waste of money. The holes on the molle clips do not match up with the holes on the holster adapter. I have yet to find a link showing how to return this so I'm stuck with this garage.
Josh, we would like to help you get this installed correctly. Did you see the installation instruction video showing how to add the plate to the holster before adding the molle components?
This should be 2 different holsters. The 43x is significantly shorter in slide length than the 48. Seems kinda stupid to have this holster for both modelswith the TLR7 Sub. Maybe it makes sense if you have a comp on the 43x but as is, this shouldn’t be one design for both of these models. Its like building a 19 model that also fits a 26. Its seriously oversized for the 43x.Its also way too expensive. If I wasn’t needing a light bearing holster I could have gotten a good one on Amazon for $30. The FOMI clips here are twice as expensive as they are from holster smiths directly and that ultituck clip is a joke on this holster. When its on the belt line the gun sinks so low you can’t get a grip on it. Very disappointed.
Hi Kyle, thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback on this holster. Did you know you can adjust the height of the Ultituck so that the holster rides in a different position? Just loosen the two screws and lower it to raise the holster inside your waistband.
Also, the reason we offer one holster to fit both pistols is to maintain production efficiency and order lead times. Since the light is much longer than the Glock 43X, the overall length of the holster would be the same, with minor changes at the muzzle end of the holster. Is there anything we should improve in the product description to make sure the holster features are explained in more detail?
Awesome product, gun clicks in and locks in on holster and is super comfortable
