Our Outside Waistband holster for the Springfield Armory Echelon and Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL weapon-mounted light is vacuum formed with a precision machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm. Each holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house. Final fit and function tests are done with the actual pistol and light to ensure the holster fits the gun/light combination and has the correct amount of retention. The retention of the holster is easily adjusted so that the fit can be dialed into your personal preference. 

The holster is not compatible with the Manual Safety version of the Echelon

Some variations in the TLR-1 light body will cause variations in the fit and retention of this holster. We have designed the retention adjustment of the holster around these tolerances so that old and new TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL lights will fit. 

The holster will not work without the light mounted to the gun.

Not Compatible with the RMR HD

Had to get the dotco out and use my profile trimming skills. Took about .250 off all along the top and fits like a glove now.
Other than that, great holster. Thanks!

Mediocre holster, bad customer service

1 star for the holster, 1 star for the customer service. I thoroughly read the return policy and it surely makes it seem like a return is possible but do not be fooled. Within 90 minutes of receiving my holster I started it working it with my different belts/jackets, etc. It became very clear to me within that time that this holster was not going to work in the way i needed to be proficient carrying every day. Within two hours I emailed them politely asking for a return and explaining my situation. They eventually agreed to take the return with a %20 restocking fee. That fee coupled with the shipping would equal almost half the cost of the holster. It is ridiculous that my only options were to get shafted on $35 or to keep a holster that will not perform to my needs. Bottom line is there are other companies out there making better holsters with better customer service.
