Precision-fit Inside Waistband (IWB) holster designed for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365XL, and P365-FUSE factory slides with the Icarus Precision AIR Polymer XMACRO Grip Module and the Streamlight 1913 TLR-7 Sub.
This holster is designed to work with all four Thumb Ledge Style variants of the Icarus Air Polymer Grip Module
- Ambidexterous Thumb Ledge
- Right Hand Thumb Ledge
- Left Hand Thumb Ledge
- No Thumb Ledge

Compatible with manual safety models. Not compatible with metal Icarus grip modules or Norsso slides.
IMPORTANT:
This holster requires the TLR-7 Sub 1913, TLR-7 X Sub 1913, or TLR-7 HL-X Sub 1913 mounted with the #1 key.
It is not compatible with Sig-branded TLR-7 Sub lights
The Firearm will not be retained without the light properly mounted.

Maintenance Tip
To prevent hardware loss during daily use, we strongly recommend applying a removable thread locker to each screw once your holster is set up to your preference.

Will this holster fit the Icarus metal grip module?
No. This holster is specifically designed for the AIR Polymer XMACRO Grip Module and is not compatible with metal grip modules.
Does it work with the Norsso slide?
No. This holster is not compatible with Norsso aftermarket slides.
Can I use this holster with the Phlster Enigma system?
Yes, it is fully compatible with the Phlster OS Enigma using standard IWB mounting points.
What red dot optics will this holster accommodate?
The holster is cut to clear most popular red dots, including the Holosun 507K, Sig RomeoZero, and similar optics.
How do I know if I have the correct Streamlight TLR-7 Sub version?
Look for “1913” printed on your light body and confirm it uses the #1 key from Streamlight’s included key kit. Sig-branded TLR-7 Sub lights will not work.
