They are specialty items for Icarus Precision Grip Modules used with factory slides, which impact fit and function of the holster. We do not guarantee fitment with aftermarket slides or other components.

Outside Waistband Light Duty & Competition-style holster designed specifically for the Icarus Precision AIR Polymer XMACRO Grip Module and factory Sig P365-XMACRO or P365XL slides.

This Holster will ONLY work with the Icarus Precision AIR Polymer XMACRO Grip Module

Ideal for USPSA, 3-Gun, range days, and serious carry setups. Compatible with manual safety models.
Not compatible with metal Icarus grip modules or Norsso slides.

• This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

Maintenance Tip

We strongly recommend using a removable thread locker on each screw after setup to prevent loss during use.

No. This model is built exclusively for the AIR Polymer XMACRO grip module.

Can I use this with a Norsso aftermarket slide?
No. It is only designed for use with factory Sig Sauer P365 slides.

What is the intended use for this holster?
This holster is great for duty use, competition shooting, range days, or light-duty EDC with an OWB setup.

Does it fit red dots and suppressor-height sights?
Yes, it’s red dot ready and features a tall sight channel to accommodate suppressor-height sights up to 0.400".
