Sig Sauer P365-FUSE IWB Holster and Magazine Carrier Combo
This holster and magazine carrier package from Four Brothers Holsters provides a complete Inside Waistband concealed-carry setup for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE. The package includes a precision-molded IWB holster and a dedicated P365-FUSE inside waistband magazine carrier designed to work together for balanced concealment and efficient access.
This combo package is available in both right-hand and left-hand configurations and includes a Modwing concealment claw on the holster. Both the holster and magazine carrier are equipped with either the Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock or the Ulticlip Ultituck belt attachment, allowing users to choose between traditional belt carry or beltless concealed carry setups.
P365-FUSE IWB Holster
The holster is precision molded for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE using a CAD-designed mold based on the actual firearm. Each holster is formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house before being tested with real pistols to verify proper retention and fit.
The holster profile is cut to clear most slide-mounted red dot optics. Adjustable retention lets you tune the draw tension to your personal preference, while the Modwing claw rotates the grip inward to reduce printing during concealed carry.

P365-FUSE IWB Magazine Carrier
The included inside-waistband magazine carrier is designed specifically for the P365-FUSE magazine and provides a secure, comfortable way to carry a spare magazine. The extended carrier length positions more of the magazine below the belt line, helping stabilize the magazine and reduce printing.
The ambidextrous design allows the magazine to be carried bullets forward or backward depending on the user’s preference and carry position. Adjustable retention and ride height allow the carrier to be configured for appendix carry or other IWB positions.
