This Outside Waistband taco-style holster is designed for the Sig Sauer P320 and Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 HP weapon-mounted light combination. Built for secure OWB carry, the holster uses light-based retention and a precision-formed profile for consistent fit, adjustable retention, and dependable everyday use.
This light-bearing OWB holster is confirmed to fit the Sig Sauer P320 Carry, Full Size, XFIVE (X5), and DH3 models when equipped with a Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 HP weapon-mounted light.
The holster retention is indexed on the weapon light rather than the pistol. The Sig Sauer P320 and Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 HP must therefore be used as a complete combination, and the holster will not provide the intended fit or retention without the weapon light installed.
This holster was designed using the P320 key supplied with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL. Using a different light key may position the weapon light farther forward on the grip and change the position of the Sig Sauer P320 and Streamlight TLR-1 combination inside the holster.
Each holster is vacuum formed using a precision-machined mold developed from a CAD model of the actual firearm. Every holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house. Final fit and function testing is performed using the actual pistol and weapon light combination to verify proper fit and retention.
The adjustable retention system allows draw resistance to be fine-tuned to personal preference. Normal dimensional variations between older and newer TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, and TLR-1 HP light bodies can affect fit, so the retention system is designed to accommodate these manufacturing tolerances.
The holster profile accommodates red dot sights, including larger optics such as the Sig Sauer ROMEO1 and Trijicon SRO.

My go-to holster company for Kydex holsters.
My one and only complaint is that the holster didn't seem finished. Lots of drill dust still in the holster that was albeit very easy to blow out with a compressor and wipe the residual with a wet wash cloth. The fit is perfect I've done two USPSA competitions with the holster and it's smooth and holds up great.
Very nice! Great how low it sits in the waist band. Clips make for an easy on and off.
