This Inside Waistband holster is designed for the Sig Sauer P320 and Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 HP weapon-mounted light combination. Built for secure concealed carry, the holster uses light-based retention and is precision-formed for consistent fit, adjustable retention, and reduced printing.
This light-bearing IWB holster is confirmed to fit the Sig Sauer P320 Carry, Full Size, XFIVE (X5), and DH3 models when equipped with a Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 HP weapon-mounted light.
The holster retention is indexed on the weapon light rather than the pistol. The Sig Sauer P320 and Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 HP must therefore be used as a complete combination, and the holster will not provide the intended fit or retention without the weapon light installed.
This holster was designed using the P320 key supplied with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL. Using a different light key may position the weapon light farther forward on the grip and change the position of the Sig Sauer P320 and Streamlight TLR-1 combination inside the holster.
Each holster is vacuum formed using a precision-machined mold developed from a CAD model of the actual firearm. Every holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house, then final fit and function testing is performed using the actual pistol and weapon light combination to verify fit and retention.
Adjustable retention allows you to fine-tune the holster to your preferred draw resistance. Variations between older and newer TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, and TLR-1 HP light bodies can affect fit, so the retention system is designed to accommodate normal dimensional differences among these lights.
The holster profile is cut to accommodate larger red dot sights, including the Trijicon SRO and Sig Sauer ROMEO1.

We strongly recommend applying removable thread locker to each holster screw after receiving and configuring your holster. This helps prevent hardware from loosening or becoming lost during regular use.

This is indeed a good holster. My Sig P320 X Full size fits like a glove. There are 2 things I think could be improved on this holster.
1) Trigger guard- On the side of the belt clip I can put my index finger inside the trigger guard and wiggle the trigger. May not be a huge deal considering everyone has different hand sizes however, just my opinion.
2) Need a another kydex screw and washer at least a half inch below the belt claw. Mitigates the flex in that area of the holster. Sometimes I can unholster my firearm with ease and at other times I couldn't, even after retention adjustments.
Other than that, it is a good holster.

I bought this to work with my tacos carry as well as my RXP-X compact. Fits both great. This is my second four brothers holster.

The holster came in just in time for my next UC op I had to work but the fit was too tight even after loosening the retention screws to get the gun out of the holster was a nightmare and surely not feasible for if I would’ve gotten into a bad situation. Definitely not trashing y’all product at all!! I actually love the look and fit of the holster in the waist band. And after filing down the inside of the holster, it was perfect!
My one and only complaint is that the holster didn't seem finished. Lots of drill dust still in the holster that was albeit very easy to blow out with a compressor and wipe the residual with a wet wash cloth. The fit is perfect I've done two USPSA competitions with the holster and it's smooth and holds up great.
Very nice! Great how low it sits in the waist band. Clips make for an easy on and off.
