Sig Sauer P320 with TLR-1 Pancake Holster

Our Outside Waistband Pancake Style holster for the Sig Sauer P320 with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL is vacuum formed with a precision machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm and light combination. 

This holster will fit the Compact, Carry, Full Size, AXG, and X5 Legion handguns with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL light mounted to the pistol.

This holster does not fit the P320 Spectre Comp.

The holster will only retain the pistol with the light mounted correctly.

*We strongly suggest you apply a removable thread locker to each screw of your holster after you receive it to prevent lost screws while the holster is in use.

Each holster is formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house.

Final fit and function tests are done with the actual pistol and light to ensure the holster fits the gun/light combination and has the correct amount of retention on the light.

The holster's retention is easily adjusted so that the fit can be dialed into your preference. 

Some variations in the TLR-1 light body will cause variations in the fit and retention of this holster. We have designed the retention adjustment of the holster around these tolerances so that old and new TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL lights will fit. 

The holster's profile is made to clear the Sig Romeo 1 Pro red dot sight and other red dot sights mounted to the pistol.
