This IWB holster for the Sig Sauer P365-DH3 AXG with Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X is engineered for secure and comfortable Inside Waistband concealed carry. Designed for everyday carry, this holster provides consistent retention, reduced printing, and a streamlined profile for all-day comfort.

This holster is designed to work with pistols with or without the manual safety.

This holster is engineered specifically for use with the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X weapon-mounted light. Retention is achieved on the light, not the firearm, and the holster will not function without the light installed.

Light Compatibility

The holster retention is on the light itself, not the pistol, which means this holster will not work without the light mounted on the firearm.

This holster is designed to function with the 1913-3 key.  

This holster will NOT work with the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub.

This holster will also work with the TLR-7, TLR-7A, and TLR-7 X lights.

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision CAD-based mold built from the Sig Sauer P365-DH3 AXG with the mounted light. Every holster is formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house, then tested with the real firearm and light combination to ensure consistent retention and reliability.

If you choose the optional ModWing and later want to remove it, you'll need our Replacement Hardware kit which includes (2) 3/8" screws, (2) 1/4" rubber spacers, and (2) 1/4" threaded posts.
