Sig Sauer P365-FUSE IWB Holster with Icarus MACRO Grip & Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X

This inside waistband (IWB) holster is designed for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “FUSE” MACRO or “X” MACRO grip module and the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X. It also functions with the TLR-7, TLR-7A, and TLR-7X weapon lights.

Important Fit Notes:

  • Retention is on the light itself, not the pistol—this holster will not function without the light properly mounted.
  • Not compatible with P365 AXG, SXG, or Icarus Air Polymer grip modules.
  • Not compatible with Norsso slides.
  • Tested using the 1913-3 key for light placement on the MACRO grip module.
  • Compatible with manual safety models.

Holster Details

Each holster is vacuum-formed from CAD-based precision molds and hand-finished in-house. Every holster is test-fitted with the actual firearm and light for retention accuracy. Retention is user-adjustable.

  • Will this holster work without a light?
    No. Retention is on the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X / TLR-7A / TLR-7X light, which must be mounted.
  • Does this holster support optics?
    Yes, the profile cut clears most red dot sights, including overhanging optics.
  • Which grip modules are compatible?
    Designed for Icarus A.C.E. 365 FUSE MACRO and X-MACRO. Not compatible with AXG, SXG, or Icarus Air Polymer grips.
  • Is the retention adjustable?
    Yes. Retention, ride height, and cant are user-adjustable.

*We recommend applying a removable thread locker to all screws after installation to prevent hardware loss during use.

Doesn't fit the Icarus Precision 365 ACE AXG/SXG

Doesn't fit the Icarus Precision 365 ACE AXG/SXG, so it doesn't fit every ACE module. I got it to fit mine after some work with a heat gun.

Ronald, thank you for leaving us some feedback on this issue. We have updated all of the Icarus Precision holsters to inlcude the missing information about the P365 AXG and SXG grip modules not fitting correctly.

Perfect fit for my Icarus frame and TLR-7 HLX, comfortable enough for all day wear

Iffy on it but not bad

I'm still testing it out - Haven't had it but a few days so keep that in mind here. This is the tightest holster out of box I've ever used. After some loosening of the screws a bit it's gotten better (Only mentioning this as its a first in terms of having to do that in order to draw the pistol without giving myself a wedgie). Looks good is a major plus - Definitely conceals great also. My only other issue is this thing rubs my slide horribly - Its causing wear marks after only using and drawing maybe a dozen times (This weekend I'll be attempting to sand the high points on slide down some but it's definitely not for those who care about that issue). Outside of that though - Its a great looking and functional holster once you draw back the screws a bit. Only time will tell in use though as this is my first 4bros holster - But that's my initial thoughts since purchase. Fix the rubbing so hard part and last - I'll be back for more if ya'll can make that happen!
