Sig Sauer P365-FUSE IWB Holster with Icarus MACRO Grip & Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X
This inside waistband (IWB) holster is designed for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “FUSE” MACRO, "FUSE" EVO or “X” MACRO grip module and the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X. It also functions with the TLR-7, TLR-7A, and TLR-7X weapon lights.
Important Fit Notes:
- Retention is on the light itself, not the pistol—this holster will not function without the light properly mounted.
- Not compatible with P365 AXG, SXG, or Icarus Air Polymer grip modules.
- Not compatible with Norsso slides.
- Tested using the 1913-3 key for light placement on the MACRO grip module.
- Compatible with manual safety models.
- This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

Each holster is vacuum-formed from CAD-based precision molds and hand-finished in-house. Every holster is test-fitted with the actual firearm and light for retention accuracy. Retention is user-adjustable.
