We do not guarantee fitment with aftermarket slides or other components.

This holster is specifically designed for use with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. “X” MACRO, FUSE MACRO or FUSE EVO grip module. Proper fit and retention depend on this exact configuration.

Light Compatibility & Retention

This is a light-bearing Inside Waistband (IWB) holster designed for use with the following weapon lights:

• Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913 (#69402, #1 key)
• Streamlight TLR-7 X Sub USB (#69407)
• Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub (#69505)
• Compatible with 1913 TLR-7 Sub keys from Henry Holsters & Tactical Development (pistol sits slightly lower)

Important: Retention is based on the weapon-mounted light. The holster will not retain the firearm without the light properly installed.

This holster is light-based retention only—the TLR-7 Sub (1913 version) or compatible models must be attached for proper function.

This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

Q: Will this holster fit without a light?
A: No. Retention is based on the TLR-7 Sub light body. Without the light, the holster will not secure the firearm.

Q: Will it fit the TLR-7 Sub Sig version?
A: No. This holster is designed specifically for the 1913 version of the TLR-7 Sub.

Q: Can I use it with an Icarus Air Polymer grip module?
A: No. This model is not compatible with Icarus Air Polymer grip modules.

Q: Can it accommodate threaded barrels or compensators?
A: Yes. The open-muzzle design allows clearance for extended barrel setups.

Q: Does it work with red dot optics?
A: Yes. It clears most slide-mounted optics, including those that overhang the slide.
