Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold derived from a CAD model of the actual firearm. This process ensures a consistent, secure fit for the P365-FUSE while maintaining the durability and reliability required for OWB carry.

Every holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house. Final fit and function testing are completed using the actual pistol to verify proper retention and smooth draw performance.
