The Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO COMP IWB Holster from Four Brothers Inc. is built for secure concealed carry, offering precision fit, comfort, and adjustable retention. Designed specifically for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO COMP, this Inside Waistband holster provides a stable and discreet carry platform for everyday carry.
This holster is also compatible with the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365-XMACRO TACOPS, and P365-XMACRO COMP ROMEOZERO ELITE pistols. Models equipped with a manual safety are fully supported.
Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold created from a CAD model of the actual firearm. This ensures consistent retention and a reliable draw. All holsters are formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house, then tested with real pistols to verify proper fit and function.
Designed for Concealed Carry Performance
The slim profile and smooth edges help reduce printing while maintaining comfort during daily carry. Adjustable retention allows users to fine-tune draw resistance to their preferred level.
The holster profile is cut to accommodate most slide-mounted red dot optics. A higher sight channel allows clearance for suppressor-height sights, and the open muzzle design supports threaded barrels or compensators.
The holster is compatible with the Phlster Enigma system, allowing for beltless concealed carry configurations.

Mike Migliaccio Very difficult to put on and remove with the UniClip system. I don’t which version of that clip system I purchased but it should be discontinued. Holster seems ok but slightly uncomfortable if not placed exactly perfect-uniclip makes is difficult to position easily.
Mike, can you help us understand the issue you are having with the UltiTuck? Are you attaching it to the fabric of the pants? The system is designed to clamp down and not move, which does take some extra effort.

JON G. What’s great find! Secure, secure, secure. I carry at 3 o’clock and it can be challenging sometimes to find a holster that works. Not to mention how often you get a holster that doesn’t even cover the trigger guard completely. Would love a crazy bright color but, that has nothing to do with performance. Holster is secure and comfortable. Will order more in the future.
