This IWB holster for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO & FOXTROT2R is engineered for secure and comfortable Inside Waistband concealed carry. Designed for everyday carry, this holster provides consistent retention, reduced printing, and a streamlined profile for all-day comfort.

This holster is engineered specifically for use with the Sig Sauer FOXTROT2R weapon-mounted light. Retention is achieved on the light, not the firearm, and the holster will not function without the light installed.

Light Compatibility

The holster retention is on the light itself, not the pistol, which means this holster will not work without the light mounted on the firearm.

Precision Fit & Construction

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision CAD-based mold built from the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO with the FOXTROT2R light. Every holster is formed, trimmed, and assembled in-house, then tested with the real firearm and light combination to ensure consistent retention and reliability.

  Yes. The holster is cut to clear most red dot sights, including optics that overhang the side of the slide.
• Does this holster require a weapon light?
  Yes. Retention is based on the weapon-mounted FOXTROT2R light, and the holster will not function without it.
• Can I adjust retention?
  Yes. Adjustable retention allows you to fine-tune draw resistance.
• Will this work with compensators or threaded barrels?
  Yes. The open muzzle design supports extended barrels and compensators.
• Does this holster reduce printing?
  Yes. The slim profile and optional Modwing claw help tuck the grip closer to the body for better concealment.
• Is this compatible with the Phlster Enigma system?
  Yes. This holster is compatible with the Phlster Enigma OS system.
