Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO OWB Holster (Icarus A.C.E. “X” MACRO + Streamlight TLR-7A / TLR-7X)
This outside waistband (OWB) holster is precision-fit for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO grip module and a Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X weapon light. Retention is on the light body and requires the #3 key for proper positioning; the holster will not retain the pistol without the light mounted correctly.
Fitment & Compatibility
- Designed around the Streamlight TLR-7A / TLR-7X (view TLR-7X data sheet).
- Preferred light option: Streamlight TLR-7 X USB.
- Works with manual safety models.

Does not fit: P365 AXG or SXG grip modules; Icarus Air Polymer grip modules; Norsso slides.
- This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

Will this holster work without the light?
No. Retention is on the Streamlight TLR-7A/TLR-7X mounted with the #3 key.

Is it optics-ready?
Yes. The profile is cut to clear most red dot sights, including optics that overhang the slide.

How do I prevent screws from loosening?
Apply a removable thread locker to all hardware after setup.
