The Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO IWB Holster from Four Brothers Inc. is designed for reliable concealed carry with a precise fit, adjustable retention, and a slim profile that minimizes printing. This Inside Waistband holster is molded specifically for the P365-XMACRO platform to provide a secure and consistent draw for everyday carry.
This holster fits the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO, P365-XMACRO COMP, P365-XMACRO TACOPS, and P365-XMACRO COMP ROMEOZERO ELITE pistols. Models equipped with a manual safety are fully supported.
Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold created from a CAD model of the actual firearm. Every holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house, then tested with real pistols to confirm proper retention, reliable fitment, and consistent draw performance.

The slim design and smooth edges help reduce printing while maintaining comfort during extended carry. Adjustable retention allows you to fine-tune the draw tension to match your personal preference.
The holster profile is cut to clear most slide-mounted red dot optics commonly installed on the P365-XMACRO platform. An open muzzle design allows compatibility with threaded barrels or compensators that extend past the slide.
This holster is also compatible with the Phlster Enigma system, enabling beltless concealed-carry configurations.
