This Inside Waistband (IWB) holster is designed to fit the Smith & Wesson 2023 and 2024 SPEC Series M&P 9 Metal M2.0 pistols when equipped with a Streamlight TLR-1 HL weapon-mounted light. Built for concealed carry of a metal-framed duty pistol, this holster delivers consistent light-based retention with a slim, adjustable profile.
Light-bearing design: Retention is engineered on the Streamlight TLR-1 HL rather than the firearm. As a result, this holster will not function without the light installed.
Compatibility note: This holster is not compatible with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL-X or TLR-1 HP-X.
Construction & Manufacturing
Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold created from a CAD model of the actual firearm and weapon light combination. This ensures proper clearance, consistent fit, and secure retention.
All holsters are formed, trimmed, and folded in-house. Final fit and function testing is completed using the actual pistol and light to confirm reliable retention and smooth draw performance.
Retention is user-adjustable, allowing draw resistance to be tuned to personal preference.
Minor dimensional differences between older and newer Streamlight TLR-1 and TLR-1 HL light bodies may affect fit. The retention system is designed to accommodate these tolerances.
Optics Compatibility
The holster profile is cut to clear most red dot sights, provided the optic does not overhang the slide on either side.
