This outside waistband (OWB) taco-style holster is engineered for the Walther PDP 4.5" Full Size pistol equipped with a Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL weapon light. The taco-style OWB design provides a slim profile, secure retention, and reliable performance for range use, duty applications, or open carry.

This is a light-bearing OWB holster. Retention is achieved on the weapon light rather than the firearm, meaning the holster will not retain the pistol without the light installed.

The holster is designed around the 1913 rail key to ensure consistent fit and reliable retention across supported Walther PDP models.

Construction & Fit

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold created from a CAD model of the actual firearm and weapon light. This process ensures consistent geometry, proper clearance, and repeatable retention.

Holsters are formed, trimmed, and folded in-house, then test-fit using the actual pistol and mounted light to verify function, retention, and draw consistency.

Retention is fully adjustable, allowing the user to fine-tune draw resistance. The adjustment system is engineered to account for known manufacturing variations between older and newer Streamlight TLR-1 and TLR-1 HL light bodies.

No. Retention is designed to engage the Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL. The holster will not securely retain the firearm without the light mounted.
