Description

Walther PDP OWB Duty & Competition Holster with Streamlight TLR-1 / TLR-1 HL

This Outside the Waistband (OWB) Kydex duty and competition holster is engineered for the Walther PDP 5" Full Size when equipped with a Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL or TLR-1 HP weapon light. Designed for performance-focused use, this holster is well-suited for USPSA, 3-Gun, Steel Challenge, and other competitive shooting environments.

Retention is achieved on the weapon light rather than the pistol itself. As a result, the holster requires a Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL or TLR-1 HP to function properly and will not retain the firearm without the light installed. This model is not compatible with the TLR-1 HL-X or TLR-1 HP-X.

Compatible Walther PDP Models

Walther PDP Full Size 5"

Walther PDP Full Size Match 5"

Walther PDP Compact 5"

Walther PDP Pro SD Compact 4.6"

Walther PDP Pro SD Full Size 5.1"

All supported pistols must use a Streamlight TLR-1, TLR-1 HL, or TLR-1 HP installed with the 1913 rail key.

Construction & Fit

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold created from a CAD model of the actual firearm and light combination. Every holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house, then test-fit with the real pistol and light to verify proper fit, retention, and reliability.

Retention is fully adjustable, allowing shooters to tune draw resistance to their preference. The retention system is designed to account for normal dimensional differences between older and newer TLR-1, TLR-1 HL or TLR-1 HP light bodies.

FAQ

Will this holster work without a weapon light?
No. Retention is based on the Streamlight TLR-1,  TLR-1 HL or TLR-1 HP. The holster will not retain the firearm without the light installed.

Is this holster competition legal?
This holster is designed for USPSA, 3-Gun, Steel Challenge, and similar sports. It may not be legal for IDPA competition.

Is it compatible with red dot optics?
Yes. The holster profile is cut to clear most red dot sights.

Does it support threaded barrels or compensators?
Yes. The open muzzle design accommodates threaded barrels and compensators.

We strongly recommend applying a removable thread locker to all screws after receiving your holster to prevent hardware loss during use.
