⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Best P365-XMacro + TLR-7 X/A Holster I’ve Owned
I’ve tried several holsters for my Sig P365-XMacro with the Streamlight the TLR-7 X Sub, and this one from 4 Brothers is easily the best so far.
Fit is perfect—super snug on both the pistol and the light with zero rattle, but still easy to draw once broken in (took maybe 15-20 draws). The retention is excellent without being overly tight, and the adjustable cant and ride height actually let me dial in exactly what I wanted for appendix carry.
The Kydex is thick and feels very durable, the edges are nicely smoothed (no hot spots even after all-day wear), and the claw is aggressive enough to really tuck the grip in tight against the body. I’m getting almost complete concealment under a t-shirt, which is impressive with the XMacro + light combo.
Comfort is surprisingly good for how secure it feels—it doesn’t dig into my side when sitting or driving. Re-holstering is smooth and positive (audible click), which gives me confidence every time.
Customer service was outstanding. I ran into some frustrating USPS shipping delays, and when I reached out, they responded quickly, kept me updated, and even went out of their way to help track and resolve the issue. That kind of support makes a big difference.
If you’re running a P365-XMacro with a TLR-7A or TLR-7 X and want a no-compromise IWB holster that conceals well, retains securely, and feels premium, this is the one. Highly recommend.

For context for other fellas I'm 6'0" 285 lb with tac fat over the beltline. This holster enables me to carry AIWB for the first time and it is the same level of comfort as my 3 o'clock IWB holster. I've worked it in EDC hit factor matches and it unholsters and carries the spare mag well under time. If you are a big guy this'll do the job. Thanks 4bros
