This Outside Waistband (OWB) holster is purpose-built for the Icarus Precision ACE 365 311 grip module with the factory SIG P365-MACRO or P365XL slide. It provides a secure, consistent draw and stable belt-mounted carry for training, range, and everyday use.

This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

Setup & Maintenance

After setting retention, ride height, and cant, apply a removable thread locker to each screw to help prevent hardware loosening over time.
