Note:  Icarus Precision supporting holsters are not returnable for anything other than quality or workmanship issues. They are specialty items for Icarus Precision Grip Modules used with factory slides, which impact fit and function of the holster. We do not guarantee fitment with aftermarket slides or other components.

This right-hand or left-hand inside waistband (IWB) holster and magazine carrier package is designed for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE equipped with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO or FUSE EVO grip module and a Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X weapon light. It includes a matching P365-FUSE IWB magazine carrier for a complete concealed carry system.

Important Fit Notes: This holster does not fit the P365 AXG or SXG grip modules, Icarus Air Polymer grip modules, or pistols with Norsso slides. The XL+ grip module will extend slightly past the muzzle end of the holster.

This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

Streamlight TLR-7 Compatibility

The holster requires a Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X light mounted with the #3 key. The pistol will not be retained properly without the light.

The holster is equipped with a Modwing and either the Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock or Ulticlip Ultituck belt attachment on both the holster and mag pouch.

Magazine Carrier Details

The included IWB magazine pouch is designed for the P365-XMACRO magazine. Features include:

• Extended body for deeper concealment and reduced “magazine printing”
• Ambidextrous design supports forward or rear-facing orientation
• Adjustable ride height and 20° cant
• Smooth back and rounded edges for comfort, compatible with moleskin or foam wedges
• Formed from .080" thermoplastic for durability

  No, it is not compatible with AXG or SXG grip modules.
• Will the holster retain the pistol without a light?
  No. The Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X with the #3 key must be installed.
• Is this holster optics-ready?
  Yes. The cut clears most red dot optics, including those that overhang the slide.
• What belt attachment comes standard?
  The Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock, with optional upgrades available.
• Can the magazine carrier be adjusted?
  Yes. Retention, ride height, and cant are all adjustable.

*We recommend applying removable thread locker to each screw to prevent loosening during use.
