Note:  Icarus Precision supporting holsters are not returnable for anything other than quality or workmanship issues. They are specialty items for Icarus Precision Grip Modules used with factory slides, which impact fit and function of the holster. We do not guarantee fitment with aftermarket slides or other components.

This holster is specifically designed for use with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. “X” MACRO, FUSE MACRO or FUSE EVO grip module. Proper fit and retention depend on this exact configuration.

Light Compatibility & Retention

This is a light-bearing Inside Waistband (IWB) holster designed for use with the following weapon lights:

• Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913 (#69402, #1 key)
• Streamlight TLR-7 X Sub USB (#69407)
• Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub (#69505)
• Compatible with 1913 TLR-7 Sub keys from Henry Holsters & Tactical Development (pistol sits slightly lower)

Important: Retention is based on the weapon-mounted light. The holster will not retain the firearm without the light properly installed.

Compatibility Overview:
This Inside Waistband (IWB) holster is custom-built for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE Slide paired with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. “X” MACRO, "FUSE" MACRO or "FUSE" EVO grip module. and the Streamlight 1913 version of the TLR-7 Sub weapon light.

Important Fit Notes:

Does NOT fit: P365 AXG & SXG grip modules, Icarus Air Polymer grip modules, Norsso slides, manual safety models, or the SIG version of the TLR-7 Sub light.

This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

Required Light: Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913 (part #69402 with #1 key), TLR-7 X Sub USB (part #69407), or TLR-7 HL-X Sub (part #69505).

Compatible with 1913 TLR-7 Sub Keys from Henry Holsters & Tactical Development (pistol will sit slightly lower).

Q: Will this holster fit the Sig Sauer P365 AXG Legion?
A: No. This holster is specifically for the P365-FUSE with Icarus A.C.E. 365 MACRO grip module and the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913 light. It will not fit AXG, SXG, Air Polymer, or Norsso slide setups.

Q: Can I use this holster without the TLR-7 Sub light attached?
A: No. Retention is designed around the mounted light. Without it, the pistol will not secure properly.

Q: Which light model do you recommend for the best fit?
A: The Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub USB offers the best overall performance and fit.

Q: Does this holster work with manual safety versions of the P365?
A: No. This holster does not accommodate manual safety models.

Q: Is it compatible with the Phlster Enigma?
A: Yes. It is fully compatible with the Phlster OS Enigma concealment system.

Q: What belt attachment options are available?
