Carry with confidence using our premium inside waistband (IWB) holster, precision-fit for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE equipped with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO or FUSE EVO grip module and a Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X weapon-mounted light.
This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.
Fitment & Compatibility

Retention requires the light: Locks directly onto the TLR-7A/TLR-7X with the #3 key. The pistol will not be retained without the light properly mounted.

Not compatible with: P365 AXG & SXG grip modules, Icarus Air Polymer grip modules, or Norsso slides.

No. The holster secures to the Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X with the #3 key, and will not retain the pistol without it.
