Carry with confidence using our premium inside waistband (IWB) holster, precision-fit for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE equipped with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO or FUSE EVO grip module and a Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X weapon-mounted light.

Fitment & Compatibility

• Retention requires the light: Locks directly onto the TLR-7A/TLR-7X with the #3 key. The pistol will not be retained without the light properly mounted.
• Not compatible with: P365 AXG & SXG grip modules, Icarus Air Polymer grip modules, or Norsso slides.
• Preferred light option: Streamlight TLR-7 X USB

• Will this holster work without a light?
  No. The holster secures to the Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X with the #3 key, and will not retain the pistol without it.
• Which grip modules are supported?
  Icarus A.C.E. 365 “X” MACRO and FUSE EVO. Not compatible with AXG, SXG, or Icarus Air Polymer.
• Is this holster optics-ready?
  Yes, it clears most red dots, including those that overhang the slide.
• What accessories are included?
  The holster comes with a Modwing and two inserts for improved concealment.
