Ready to hit the range or carry with confidence? This outside waistband (OWB) holster is built for the Sig Sauer P365-FUSE with the Icarus Precision A.C.E. “X” MACRO, "FUSE" MACRO or "FUSE" EVO grip module. and a Streamlight TLR-7A or TLR-7X weapon-mounted light.
This holster is designed to work with the factory slide. Any aftermarket slide design variations from the OEM slide dimensions will affect the holster fit and retention.

This holster fits the "X" MACRO, and FUSE versions of the Icarus Precision Grip Module. You can view these grip modules directly through Icarus Precision:
