This premium Outside Waistband (OWB) Kydex holster is precision molded for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO and Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A including the P365-XMACRO Comp, P365-XMACRO COMP ROMEOZERO ELITE or P365-XMACRO TACOPS.  Designed for secure everyday carry, it combines adjustable retention, durable construction, and a streamlined profile with clearance for common optics, threaded barrels, and compensators.

Each holster is vacuum formed over a precision-machined mold created from a CAD model of the firearm and weapon light. It is formed, trimmed, folded, and finished in-house, then tested with the actual firearm and light combination to verify fit, function, and retention.

Important: Retention is applied to the mounted weapon light rather than the pistol. The holster will not properly retain the firearm unless the Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A is installed.

No. The holster retains the firearm through the mounted Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A, so the correct weapon light must remain installed.

Which Streamlight rail key does this holster require?

This holster is designed to function with the Streamlight 1913-3 rail key.

Does this holster fit the original Streamlight TLR-7?

No. This holster is designed for the Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A and is not intended for the original TLR-7 with side-activated switches.

Is the holster compatible with manual safety models?

Yes. It is compatible with Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO and P365-XMACRO Comp manual safety models.

Will the holster clear a red dot sight?

Yes. The holster profile is designed to accommodate most slide-mounted red dot sights.

Can it accommodate a threaded barrel or compensator?

Will the belt slides fit a battle belt?

No. Four Brothers belt slides are intended for standard everyday-carry belts rather than thick battle belts with exterior MOLLE webbing.

Hardware Maintenance

Apply removable thread locker to each holster screw after receiving and adjusting the holster. This helps prevent hardware from loosening or becoming lost during regular use.
