Outside Waistband Holster designed to fit the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO handgun with the Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A pistol weapon mounted light.  The retention of the holster is on the light itself, so the holster will not work without the TLR-7A, or TLR-7X  light mounted on the pistol.  This holster is designed to function with the 1913-3 key.  Compatible with manual safety models.

Our holsters for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO are vacuum formed with a precision machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm and light. 

Each holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house. Final fit and function tests are done with the actual pistol and light to ensure the holster fits the gun/light combination and has the correct amount of retention.

The retention of the holster is easily adjusted so that the fit can be dialed into your personal preference.

Not happy with the holster I purchased.

Bought the holster for my xmacro with the tlr7. The gun and light don’t fit the holster without jamming it in there.

Great, solid holster

I purchased this holster for my Sig P365 X-Macro with a TLR-7A. It fits perfectly and is comfortable. It has that "posiclick" feeling when it is fully seated in the holster. There is very little extra room at the bottom of the holster, which I love because I hate holsters that have a huge amount of wasted space that just adds bulk to it. The holster also came extremely quickly, even though the lead time was estimated to be 2 weeks or more, I got it within a week.

I've had this holster for a few months and I love all of the color options. One of the main reasons I chose Four Brothers over other holster makers was because of the American flag pattern AND being able to fit the X-Macro with the TLR7A attached. There are several other holster makers that have great patterns, but did not make a holster that fit that particular setup with the light and holo sight.

I feel that this holster will serve me for many years to come.
