This Outside Waistband Duty & Competition Kydex holster is precision molded for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO equipped with the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913, TLR-7 X Sub 1913, or TLR-7 HL-X Sub weapon-mounted light. Designed for competition shooting, range training, and duty-style applications, this holster provides secure retention, fast access, and dependable performance.
Compatible models include the P365-XMACRO, P365-XMACRO TACOPS, P365-XMACRO COMP, and P365-XMACRO ROMEOZERO ELITE when paired with a compatible 1913 Streamlight weapon light.
Weapon Light Compatibility
This holster requires one of the following lights:
- Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913 (Part #69402) using the #1 key
- Streamlight TLR-7 X Sub USB 1913 (Part #69407)
- Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X Sub (Part #69505)
Important: Retention is engineered around the mounted weapon light. The pistol will not retain properly unless one of the compatible lights is correctly installed.
This holster is NOT compatible with the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub SIG version.

Recommended Belt Attachment
Our preferred setup is the Blade-Tech Duty Drop and Offset attachment with the optional thigh strap. This configuration positions the holster slightly away from the body for a faster, more consistent draw while providing additional stability during movement and competition stages.

This holster is compatible with the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub 1913 (#69402), TLR-7 X Sub USB (#69407), and TLR-7 HL-X Sub (#69505). It is not compatible with the SIG-specific TLR-7 Sub.
Will the holster retain the pistol without the weapon light installed?
No. The mounted weapon light is required because the holster indexes and retains on the light.
Does this holster fit optics-equipped pistols?
Yes. The holster accommodates most pistol-mounted red dot sights that remain within the overall slide profile. Very wide optics that significantly overhang the slide may not fit.
Will threaded barrels or compensators fit?
Yes. The open muzzle design accommodates most threaded barrels and compensators.
Which P365-XMACRO models are supported?
The holster fits the P365-XMACRO, XMACRO TACOPS, XMACRO COMP, and ROMEOZERO ELITE when equipped with a compatible Streamlight 1913 weapon light.
How should I maintain my holster?
We recommend applying removable thread locker to all hardware after receiving your holster to help prevent screws from loosening during regular use.
