This Inside Waistband holster is built for the Sig Sauer P365, P365X, and P365XL with a compatible Streamlight TLR-7 Sub weapon light installed. It also fits compatible manual-safety models and is designed for secure, concealed carry with adjustable retention and durable everyday performance.

This holster retains on the weapon light, not the pistol. The firearm must have a compatible light mounted for proper fit and retention. This holster will not function correctly without the light attached.

For proper fit, use the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub or TLR-7 X Sub Sig version (part #69401). This holster is also compatible with the TLR-7 X Sub USB (part #69406) and TLR-7 HL-X Sub (part #69504) weapon-mounted lights.

Fit Notes

This holster does not work with the P365-XMACRO grip module.

Each holster is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold based on the actual firearm and is tested in-house with the real pistol and light combination to verify fit, function, and retention.

  No. This holster retains on the light, so the pistol must have a compatible Streamlight TLR-7 Sub series light mounted for proper fit and retention.

• Is this holster compatible with red dot optics?
  Yes. The holster profile is cut to clear most red dot sights, including optics that overhang the side of the slide.
• Will it fit the P365-XMACRO grip module?
  No. This holster is not compatible with the P365-XMACRO grip module.
• Can I use a threaded barrel or compensator?
  Yes. The open muzzle design allows clearance for threaded barrels and many compensator setups.
• Can I adjust the holster for concealment and comfort?
  Yes. Retention is adjustable, and ride height and cant can be adjusted with supported belt attachment options.

Important: We recommend applying a removable thread locker to each screw after setup to help prevent screws from backing out during regular use.
