Our Outside Waistband (OWB) holster for the Springfield Armory Echelon 4.0C and Echelon 4.0C Comp with the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X weapon-mounted light is vacuum-formed using a precision-machined mold built from CAD models of the actual firearm. This ensures a secure, consistent fit for dependable carry performance.
This holster fits the 4.0C, 4.0C Comp and the 4.0FC
Light-Based Retention System
The holster retains on the light body rather than the pistol frame. This means the holster will only function with the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X attached. Without the mounted light, the holster will not secure the firearm.
This model is designed to use the 1913-1 Key with theTLR-7 HL-X light for proper alignment.
Important Compatibility Notes:
- Compatible with the Manual Safety version of the Echelon 4.0C.
- Designed to use the 1913-1 Key with the Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X.
- This holster also fits the TLR-7 A and TLR-7 X models; however, a shorter holster optimized for those lights is available here.

The OWB holster accommodates most red dot sights mounted on the pistol. An open muzzle design allows use with threaded barrels and compensators.
