This Outside Waistband (OWB) holster is engineered for the Springfield Armory Echelon full-size and 4.0 C pistols when paired with the Streamlight TLR-7 A, TLR-7 X, or TLR-7 HL-X weapon-mounted light. Retention is secured on the mounted light, ensuring a consistent draw and secure fit. This holster will not function without one of the supported lights installed.

• Designed for use with the 1913-1 Key for correct Streamlight fitment.
• Compatible with both standard and manual safety versions of the Springfield Echelon.
