Revision 3 MOLLE Adapter for Taser & Blade-Tech Holsters
The Revision 3 MOLLE Adapter was developed to provide a cost-effective, durable, and standardized solution for mounting compatible Taser and Blade-Tech holsters to MOLLE-equipped load bearing vests. This single, user-installed kit converts multiple legacy and current holsters using a common hardware setup, simplifying deployment across duty gear.
Compatible Holsters
This adapter is designed for holsters and carriers that use a 10-32 screw pattern or standard Blade-Tech bolt pattern, including:
- Four Brothers Outside Waistband Holsters
- Blackhawk Taser X26, X2, and Omnivore holsters
- Blade-Tech Taser X26, Taser 7, and Taser 10 holsters
- New Blackhawk Taser 7 and Taser 10 holsters
- Most standard Blade-Tech bolt pattern holsters and carriers

Installation & Instructions
Installation instructions are provided for each supported holster configuration. Reviewing the appropriate guide before installation is strongly recommended to confirm compatibility and mounting orientation.
For best results, we strongly recommend applying Loctite 242 or Vibra-Tite 121 thread locker to all screws during final installation.

The adapter is compatible with all Four Brothers OWB Holsters and most Blackhawk and Blade-Tech holsters that use a 10-32 screw pattern or standard Blade-Tech bolt pattern. Reviewing the installation instructions for your specific holster is the best way to confirm compatibility.
Does the adapter allow adjustable cant or angle?
Cant or angled mounting is supported only when used with the Blade-Tech Taser 7 holster. Standard bolt pattern holsters will mount in a fixed vertical orientation.
How durable is the adapter?
The adapter plate has been pull-tested to more than 100 pounds of force, with actual failure occurring at approximately 300 pounds, exceeding standard validation requirements.
Is a thread locker required?
Thread locker is not included but is strongly recommended to ensure long-term retention and duty reliability.
